Refund policy

At Blue Duke Gems and Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges for eligible Jewelry to ensure your complete satisfaction. Custom made jewelry, Dukes and Dutches selection and gems purchases are not eligible for return or exchange, please contact us for further clarification.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your jewelry must meet the following criteria:

Unworn Condition: The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging, including any accompanying certificates or documentation.
Within Time frame: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.


Exclusions

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Customized Jewelry: Any jewelry that has been customized or personalized according to your specifications.
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Contact us to request a return authorization within [number of days] days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Securely package the item(s) and affix the label to the package.

Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 30 business days.



Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your jewelry for a different size, style, or product, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Once we receive the returned item(s) and approve the exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you promptly.
